The Service allows users to generate digital prescriptions, manage patient records locally, and send prescriptions to patients via third-party messaging services such as WhatsApp Business API and SMS.
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Meta (WhatsApp Business API) and MSG91 (SMS gateways). Your use of these features is subject to the respective terms and policies of these third parties. J Suraj Enterprises is not responsible for any downtime, delivery failures, or policy enforcements (such as number blocking) executed by these third-party services.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of J Suraj Enterprises. "Doctor Digital Pad" and its associated logos are trademarks of J Suraj Enterprises. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without explicit written permission.
In no event shall J Suraj Enterprises, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
